Return and Exchange Conditions:
For a return or exchange to be possible, products must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for used, damaged, or unsalable products.

Shipping and Process:
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of manufacturing or shipping errors). In the event of an incorrect or wrong product being sent due to our fault, all shipping costs will be covered by our company, and the process will be expedited as a priority. After the products received by us undergo necessary checks, your return procedures will be completed as soon as possible, and your payment will be refunded to you using the method of your original purchase.
